1 Monthly service charge of $2.50 if minimum daily balance is below $250.

3 Each cleared check over 6 per statement cycle will be charged a $13.00 fee. You are permitted six (6) pre–authorized transactions per statement period.
4 After 5 foreign withdrawals, a $1.50 per withdrawal fee will apply.
5 Financial institutions that do not participate in the SUMSM Program may apply a surcharge.
